Corporate Trainer

The Corporate Trainer will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees throughout the organization, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee training records, and working effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in teaching, communication or a related field
• At least four years of relevant professional level training experience
• Proven experience effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise method to groups of employees
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills
• Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating Systems and Programs and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Bilingual English / French / Spanish preferred
• High degree of competence in working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Strong customer service and relationship building and maintenance skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Superior organization, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and work well with changing priorities and under pressure in a dynamic, team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure provided training meets onboarding needs
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as needed
