
Job description
Provide support to persons served in a Vinfen setting(s). Teach skills to enhance independence and quality of life.
Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans. Provide role model and support to persons served. Assist persons served in becoming fully integrated into their communities.
Knowledge and use of advocacy techniques, different communication styles, empowerment and self-advocacy techniques, physical personal management skills, household management skills, crisis intervention techniques, and sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues.
