Job description
Provide direct service and daily routine and episodic personal care in a program model designed to meet the needs of individuals who have been diagnosed with a brain injury and who may also have complex medical needs.
Assist with activities of daily living, administer medication, monitor and observe individuals served, and create a safe and clean environment.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues, accurately and effectively communicate verbally, and accurately and effectively document nursing care provided.
