
Job description
Provide direct service and daily routine and episodic personal care in a complex program model designed to meet the needs of individuals who have both medical needs and developmental disabilities.
Assist with activities of daily living, administer medication, monitor and observe individuals served, store and dispose of clients' medications, and transport individuals to medical appointments.
Must have knowledge of developmental disabilities, ability to work effectively with colleagues, and sensitivity to cultural, religious, ethnic, disability, and gender issues.
