Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 02 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internship experience welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ATS software is a plus
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
