Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Vanta, you will drive significant impact for our customers and business by leading teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably. You will build a best-in-class engineering team, set direction and guide technical strategy, and work closely with Vanta's customers and customer-facing teammates to build and ship high-value products and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role for product engineering teams
• Experience leading team sizes of 15-20+ with managers or leads reporting into you
• Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
• Prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
