Campaigns Specialist

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Campaigns Specialist to support the execution of campaigns across all segments in partnership with the broader GTM organization. The role will focus on enabling the day-to-day success of campaigns by coordinating everything from spiffs and Outreach sequence creation to supporting travel needs with the events team and owning smaller campaign activations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation, with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience managing vendors and assets across every aspect of campaign execution.
• Familiarity with marketing technology like ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and Outreach.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
