Training and Development Lead III

The Training and Development Lead III is responsible for supervising IMSO staff, developing and maintaining training calendars and budgets, and ensuring contract compliance. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and evaluate training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Supervises IMSO staff in the execution of daily/weekly/monthly/annual functions
• Develops and maintains training calendars and budgets
• Ensures contract compliance
• Coordinates with Country Program Managers (CPM) at SATFA for program management and SAN input
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training and integrates feedback into future training updates and improvements
