Material Coordinator - 1st Shift

The Material Coordinator will coordinate and verify delivery of materials and documentation to production, monitor and track work order progress, and proactively identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Coordinate and verify delivery of materials and documentation to production
• Ensure readiness of orders by reviewing work orders and material availability
• Monitor and track work order progress, addressing barriers to ensure timely completion
• Proactively identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies before impact to production
• Update ERP systems with accurate material movements, completions, and adjustments
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain system accuracy
