
Job description
Texas Workforce Commission seeks a Manager IV to lead a dynamic team in the Workforce Automation department, overseeing daily operations and activities, and working closely with internal and external users to build automation systems. The Manager IV will have considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment, and will be trusted to make recommendations for maintenance and enhancement of TWC's Workforce Development automation tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures, and will be proficient in relational databases, data analytic software, and diverse system applications.
