Product Developer, Private Label

Twelve designs and builds the world’s most inspiring merchandise and packaging for the world’s most coveted brands. As a Product Developer, you will lead the development of innovative, high-quality private label products across the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience with domestic and overseas sourcing and manufacturing.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving large-scale, high-impact programs.
• Availability to work after hours or across time zones as needed.
• Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
