Regulatory Reports Manager

The Regulatory Reports Manager will oversee the Bank’s compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, and 314(a) and 314(b) communications. The role will lead internal and external assessments, identify emerging risks, and implement appropriate controls.

Requirements

• 8 years of AML/CFT and OFAC experience in a retail/commercial bank environment
• 3 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams and owning regulatory processes
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
