We're looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team, partnering closely with Senior Leaders across North America to embed 'Best for Perk' people strategies, contributing to our global success and high performance culture.
Requirements
- Experience in a Senior People Partner role partnering Sales / Revenue organisations and / or emerging products in fast-growing tech companies
- A track record of strong stakeholder management skills across People Partnering and influencing senior leaders
- Proven global experience, ideally gained within a centralised business operating across multiple markets with North America being a must have
- Strong understanding of organisational design, high performance culture, leadership development and change management
- A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills
- A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data and action and balancing colleague experience
- Experience developing and enabling leaders through multiple methods including skills gap analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring training programmes
