S&OP Transformation Expert - Demand

We're looking for an S&OP Transformation Expert- Demand to join our global team in Amsterdam. As an S&OP Transformation Expert, you will drive the design and implementation of Demand Planning related S&OP processes and APS functionalities to enable scalable growth and decision-making.

Requirements

• Demand Planning is your expertise (5 years +)!
• You have designed S&OP processes from scratch in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Hands-on APS tool experience (design, implementation, optimization) with strong project management skills.
• You are an expert in crunching numbers - you translate data into actionable insights and use it to influence cross-functional decisions.
• You like rolling up your sleeves and get excited about bringing creative solutions to the table.
• You leverage your collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Builder mindset with ability to work independently and deliver transformation.
