Roofer/ Builder

We have an exciting opportunity for a Roofer/Builder to join our team in the East Riding of Yorkshire, covering Hull, Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby, and York. As an experienced trades professional, you will provide efficient repairs and maintenance for our properties, focusing on building and roofing tasks, ensuring safety and high standards in your work.

Requirements

• Carry out all types of Roofing and Building repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with job tickets, specifications, and Building Regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer care, protecting tenants' homes, cleaning up after work, and communicating in a polite, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
• Undertake risk assessments before starting work to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself, colleagues, tenants, and the public.
• Diagnose problems effectively and carry out repairs efficiently, making rational use of time and materials.
