Manager, CPACE Transaction Management

Nuveen Green Capital is a rapidly growing company that finances commercial real estate buildings with C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing. The Manager, Transaction Management role is responsible for assisting in identifying investment opportunities, loan origination, transaction management, and underwriting.

Requirements

• Preparation of term sheets for early-stage deals
• Providing analytical support and loan underwriting to senior debt originations team members
• Conducting financial and credit analysis of properties
• Performing ongoing market and property-specific research
• Leading a diverse pipeline of C-PACE projects
• Communicating with internal and external teams
• Supporting relationships with developers and third-party capital providers
