Associate / Senior Analyst, Private Equity & Junior Capital

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to underwrite investment opportunities across PEJC, assist in preparation of internal memoranda, and develop relationships with private equity firms.

Requirements

• Capital markets structuring experience with a background in private equity, mezzanine finance, leveraged loans, equity research, secondaries, or M&A
• Financial statement analysis and financial modeling experience
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness to work hard in a team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Self-starter with limited oversight in the completion of individual projects
