HALO is seeking a Technical Advisor (EOD) to provide training and operational support on explosive ordnance disposal within the program in Papua New Guinea. The role involves mentoring, quality assurance, and ensuring safety of explosive storehouses and central demolitions sites. It is a forward-based position based in Oro, New Britain, and Bougainville.
