Strategic Philanthropy Lead

HALO Trust is seeking a Strategic Philanthropy Lead to drive income growth from high-net-worth individuals. This role involves cultivating relationships, developing partnerships, and managing donor communication. The team has experienced growth in recent years, with a focus on securing significant gifts and strengthening donor networks. The role supports the growth of a growing team of philanthropic professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals or equivalent philanthropic partnerships
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts, guiding donors through complex giving journeys
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and gravitas when engaging with supporters
• Excellent written skills and experience developing high-quality donor-focused proposals and reports
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience using fundraising databases (e.g., Salesforce)
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong grasp of philanthropic trends
