The Philanthropy Engagement Manager will be responsible for advancing HALO's income growth ambitions by strengthening and growing a robust pipeline of individual donors, cultivating meaningful relationships with mid- to high-level supporters, and delivering exceptional stewardship that reflects the impact of HALO's mission. The role will focus on securing five- and six-figure gifts, delivering high-level, bespoke donor engagement events, and creating impactful experiences that deepen donor relationships and support fundraising outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver against ambitious team targets in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and global programme teams to make a lasting impact and help transform the lives of people in some of the world's most conflict-affected communities.
