The Griffin Groupe is seeking a technical sales professional to join our client company's team. The North American Maritime Technical Sales position acts as the primary point of contact for customers in North America, particularly the Eastern Seaboard region, and ensures service standards and performance procedures are met.

Requirements

• Develop strategy to grow market share of sales to North American marine ports
• Share industry knowledge and introduce contacts to matrixed organization to ensure top line revenue growth
• Sales of all products, systems and services offered by client company
• Introduction of Sales Team and Product Managers to marine port network and existing relationships
• Contact potential customers and provide product or service information
• Make product or services presentations to potential customers
• Prepare and/or deliver quotes for products and services to potential customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction with product and/or services
• Provide support services outlined in customer contracts
• Perform other functions and duties as needed and/or as assigned
