ERS is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform highly complex maintenance tasks and assist with renovation and alteration of building systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in building maintenance and repair work, 3 years of customer service experience, and 1 year of experience using MS Outlook. The position involves performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work on agency facilities, as well as coordinating special set-ups and performing safety officer duties.
