As an Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity-backed company clients. You will work closely with senior client executives to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions. Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence analytics practice at a Big 4 firm or equivalent
- High business acumen and advanced understanding of connectivity between operational data and financial data (ERP <> CRM <> PoS <> HRIS <> P&L / trial balance / journal entries, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and management skills
