Adult Foster Care Supervisor

The Adult Foster Care Supervisor provides support, training and coaching to AFC caregivers and program members, ensuring quality care and monitoring the Community Services Adult Foster Care program.

Requirements

• Three or more years of recent experience working with people who are elderly or disabled
• Ability to supervise and direct staff
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong interpersonal skills – telephone skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good computer and analytical skills
• Innovative thinking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
