Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Ability to work outdoors in Arctic conditions and a remote camp environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, safety-first attitude
• Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset, but not required
