We are looking for a Head of Ad Operations to lead and scale our in-house team, ensuring flawless campaign execution, operational excellence, and revenue optimization across our 50+ owned and operated websites.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or ad tech.
- 3+ years managing ad operations professionals.
- Deep expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM360), header bidding (Prebid), SSPs/DSPs, and third-party ad verification tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery metrics, yield optimization, revenue forecasting, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to design and scale operational processes across multiple teams and markets.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Analytics.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; proven record of developing and retaining talent.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience in reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present to senior executives and external partners.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
