Recovery Support Worker - 3 Positions Available: Provide high quality housing related support to people living with a mental illness to assist them to sustain their tenancies, source new homes where applicable and achieve their potential to move on to independence.

Requirements

• In-depth and up to date knowledge of Welfare Benefits System.
• Experience in risk assessment and support planning
• An understanding of relevant legislation relating to vulnerable adults including those with a mental illness or experiencing mental distress.
• Experience of working in partnership with Local Authorities and Health/Social Care professionals
