Underwriter - Motor Finance

We're looking for an ambitious and dedicated Underwriter (Motor Finance) to join our team at Tandem. As an Underwriter, you'll be responsible for accurately assessing lending opportunities and making decisions based on customer affordability, sustainability, and credit worthiness. You'll work in a hybrid environment in Cardiff, UK, and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a financial services lending environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to self-motivate and use own initiative to achieve individual target
• Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office
• Some call centre or telephony support experience
• Good document validation skills
