DSAR & CRA Specialist

We're looking for a DSAR & CRA Specialist to join our Complaints Team based in Blackpool. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Credit Reference Agency (CRA) file submissions and disputes within regulatory timescales. You'll work closely with the Complaints Manager to ensure all regulatory deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time/diary management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to identify gaps and problems in existing practices and implement rectifications and solutions
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions
• Proactive nature and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
