Mekanik Teknisyen (Vinç)

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to join our team in Kocaeli, Turkey. The preferred candidate should have a degree from a high school or vocational school, at least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and project management, and proficiency in technical terminology.

Requirements

• High school degree or vocational school degree in the relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and project management
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Mechanical and hydraulic schema reading and revision experience
• Experience in using equipment fault diagnosis software
• Experience in predictive maintenance techniques (vibration and ultrasonic analysis, thermal measurements, oil analysis, and all other non-destructive testing methods)
• Ability to meet the mechanical system and part requirements mentioned in equipment manuals
• Proficiency in technical terminology
• Experience in continuous improvement and lean methods (kaizen, 5S, A3, T-card, etc.)
• No restriction to work at heights
• B-class driver's license
• Awareness of the importance of following occupational health and safety rules during work
• Ability to work in a rotating shift system and perform overtime when necessary
