Senior Process Transformation Lead

Role Overview

As the Senior Process Transformation Lead, you will be at the forefront of redefining how we operate — end-to-end. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you will architect and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across Lines of Business, Integrated Platforms, and Global Functions.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, design and implement end-to-end operating models, champion process innovation and digital adoption, apply structured project management methodologies, and drive operational rigor.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale process transformation or operational excellence programs in a complex, matrixed, global organization
• Deep expertise in end-to-end operating model design, including process mapping, governance frameworks, and performance measurement
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation and innovation methodologies, including experience with GenAI, automation, or other emerging technologies in a business context
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional transformation projects in a global environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to drive strategic change
• Expertise in change management principles and practices, with a track record of successfully embedding new ways of working across large organizations
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with demonstrated application of DMAIC and process improvement methodologies in a complex organizational environment
• Proven experience leading and facilitating process transformation workshops, initiatives, and projects, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable outcomes
• Commercial insurance experience in property & casualty and specialty insurance, with a solid understanding of industry operations, workflows, and business dynamics across these lines of business
