Junior Officer - Production

The Junior Officer - Production will assist senior executives in achieving production targets, maintaining high productivity, and adhering to GMP compliance.

Requirements

• Assist Sr. Executive Production, Executive Production, Manager 1 & 2
• Maintain optimum level of manpower and overtime
• Ensure all production operations adhere to cGMP compliance
• Train production personnel on cGMP Trend & regulatory requirements
• Monitor subordinates' work and provide necessary assistance
• Ensure timely delivery of high productivity and low cost products with cGMP compliance
• Handle CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, URS, Contingency Plan, and Investigation reports
• Update and revise Departmental Standard Operating Procedures
