Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a strong personality who takes responsibility and brings customers forward independently as a Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager. As a boutique agency, we focus on building and scaling online shops and lead generation, and we're looking for someone passionate about Social Media, Strategy, and strong creatives.

Requirements

• Develop and implement sustainable paid social strategies and campaigns on Meta and, ideally, also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Responsible for a minimum 6-figure monthly marketing budget and make decisions independently.
• Help with the planning and implementation of all performance marketing activities, as well as sales growth and customer acquisition for our clients.
• Develop concepts and create briefings for creatives for our Brand & Design Team and content creators.
• Independently monitor and steer quality control and monitoring processes and derive the right recommendations from them.
• Bring proactive new approaches and ideas to further develop existing channels and customers and to open up new channels.
