Event Entrance Security Supervisor

Role Overview

As an Ingressotek Contractor, you will serve as the on-site technical and operational expert responsible for deploying, calibrating, and operating advanced weapons screening systems during live events. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, operational leadership, and client service excellence.

What You Will Do

Lead or support the deployment, setup, and calibration of Evolv, CEIA OpenGate, and other security screening systems. Conduct on-site troubleshooting and basic repairs to ensure maximum system uptime.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: security / weapons screening technology or technical field operations; stadium or event security operations with technology components; event operations involving setup, calibration, or technical systems
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication skills across multiple audiences (client, vendor, and internal)
• High degree of comfort using tablets, apps, and networked systems
• Physically capable of moving, assembling, and handling sensitive equipment
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours
