
Job description
The Client Experience Manager is a high-energy, hands-on operator who owns a book of business for Ingressotek. They are the primary point of contact for clients, lead onsite contractor teams, and are accountable for the outcome of every event in their portfolio.
Own a book of business, serve as primary point of contact for clients, lead onsite contractor teams, run planning process, be technical expert, travel and execute, grow relationship, and capture lessons.
This role is built for someone with the chops to manage real client relationships and the hunger to grow into a much bigger seat. Top performers in this role have a fast track to Senior Manager, Director, and beyond.
