Avionics - Mechanical Engineer

Stoke is building a fully reusable vehicle, Nova, focused on space transportation. The Avionics System engineer will be responsible for mechanical solutions for component packaging and launch vehicle integration, working closely with various teams. Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• 1+ years of experience with mechanical or electromechanical design and analysis
• Experience with CAD and FEA software packages including NX and Ansys
• Experience designing electronics component packaging for extreme environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication
• Exposure to high volume production designs with a focus on design for manufacturability
