We're looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer listening and VoC frameworks, analyze customer feedback, and drive improvement activity across the business. As a key member of our CX team, you'll own how we measure, understand, and articulate our end-to-end customer experience, delivering insight that supports customer loyalty, retention, and CLV.
