FP&A Manager

As an FP&A Manager, you will make a big impact in the development of the European FP&A team, collaborating closely with Finance, Legal and Compliance, Partnership and Operations teams. You will be responsible for providing decision support, profitability monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning. Ideal candidate has excellent academics, Big 4 experience, accounting qualifications, and strong insurance industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Decision Support: Partner Account Management, Ad hoc financial modelling, Sensitivity analysis, Scenario planning
• Profitability Monitoring: Reviewing monthly reporting, Identifying and investigating movements between actual and budgeted performance
• Budgets, Forecasting & Operational Planning: Detailed involvement in planning cycles, Compiling business forecasts, Preparation of the insurer Plan
