090 ON PREMISE - AM WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (75681)

The AM Warehouse Associate is responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily, ensuring that products are expediting and stocking for wholesale customers. The individual must maintain control and integrity of pull carts, pack wholesale orders neatly, and maintain security and proper usage of TABC stamps. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly.

Requirements

• Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
• Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location
• Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled
• Maintains neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting
• Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking
• Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery
• Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment
• Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders
• Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines
• Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks
• Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items
• Work with and maintains computer equipment
• Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process
• Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
• Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity
• Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail
• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift
• Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack
• Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly
• Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team
• Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
• Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day
• Attendance and Timeliness is required
• Be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week
