Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or commercial operations, managing contracts, tenders, and RFPs
- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Strong understanding of value-based selling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams and disciplines
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort navigating stakeholder dynamics and influencing decisions across departments
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability and reliability in managing complex processes
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
