Permitting Coordinator

The Permitting Coordinator will liaise with governance bodies and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements, maintain communication with permitting teams, and provide technical advice to the project team. The role will also coordinate with other projects and contractors to ensure permits are issued on time and maintain a proper register of permits and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in permitting/governance in construction projects
• Excellent knowledge and common-sense on permitting processes on the construction sites
• Technical expertise to handle problems and issues related to permits and construction activities
• Good skills in risk identification and evaluation
• Good understanding of construction constraints and priorities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Good knowledge of QA processes on the construction
• Team-working skills
