
Job description
As Retail Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Shell and Retailer/Dealer at site level, ensuring consistent delivery of Safe operations, Shell's Customer promises, and profitability of a cluster of 15 to 20 sites. You will identify gaps in site performance and mandate, advice or offer Retailer/Dealer Shell-recommended tools and support to help them deliver the Customer Commitment and develop the business for mutual benefit.
