Senior Safety and Environmental Administrator

Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating safety and environmental policies and programs in an assembly manufacturing operation to comply with state and federal regulations and Company policy.

Requirements

• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions
• Advise management on the practical and necessary steps to prevent safety and health hazards
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the facility
• Oversee and manage ISO 14001 program
• Ensure appropriate safety training for all employees
• Conduct safety and environmental assessments of work areas
• Lead company safety initiatives at all levels
• Responsible for all regulatory and required record keeping
