Requirements
- Manage and grow channel relationships by supporting end users, channel partners, and the outside Sales Team through phone, email, and chat;
- Consult and advise partners and customers on appropriate BarTender software licensing options to ensure the best fit for their needs;
- Prospect and develop new business by initiating and following up on outbound calls and email communications, including marketing-generated campaigns;
- Drive lead and opportunity management by accurately entering and maintaining data in the CRM, tracking opportunities through all stages, and proactively managing a sales pipeline to reflect activity and reduce churn;
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers on accounts, channel partners, and opportunities to ensure mutual alignment on customer needs and buying cycles;
- Generate and deliver quotes for software licenses based on product interest and prospect qualification within assigned territories;
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities with partners and end users; engage Regional Sales Management as needed to maximize revenue potential;
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams — including Technical Support, Orders, Renewals, and Marketing — to ensure smooth order processing, accurate quoting, and consistent messaging;
- Maintain daily sales operations by processing sales queues, answering customer and partner questions, and facilitating orders in a timely manner;
- Follow established sales processes by utilizing Seagull’s specific sales methodology and Dynamics CRM to track all assigned opportunities; comply with input and direction from sales management;
- Communicate regularly with your manager in weekly 1 to 1s and participate in territory-based alignment meetings with the Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and Sales Director to discuss activities, opportunities, and issues;
- Support EMEA-speaking partners and customers to expand Seagull’s reach in multilingual markets;
