Job Description
SB Energy is seeking an Sr. Control and Digital Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical expertise across renewable energy projects from design to operations and maintenance. The role involves SCADA and control system management, system/feature upgrades, and optimizing project designs. This position offers exposure to a dynamic company backed by SoftBank and Ares and a unique opportunity to influence strategic direction and business decisions in a growing energy infrastructure sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SCADA and control systems, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Bachelor’s of Engineering from ABET-accredited University or similar
- Proficiency in Ignition, Canary Labs, SEL Hardware & Software, GE RX3i, CodeSYS, Data Loggers, Meteorological Equipment
- Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity practices
- Broad experience with new solar technologies, energy storage, or AI/ML
