Job Description
The Mechanical Engineering Design & Support position focuses on providing technical leadership, mentoring, and supervising to the Mechanical Design Job Leads, assessing customer specifications, and supporting technical and logistical issues. Requirements
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to Mechanical Design Job Leads.
- Assess customer specifications and develop conceptual designs.
- Assist with process development, risk identification, and quote deficiencies.
- Review and improve engineering designs.
- Validate and approve timesheets and vacation requests.
- Provide technical assistance for product integration and resolve issues.
- Develop customer relationships and explore new opportunities.
