We are seeking a Project Manager-PSS to lead projects from contract, proposal, and cost budget, assemble project teams, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure work is performed per project plan, contract and company requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in project management or engineering, 5+ years of project management experience in the electric power industry, and a Project Management Professional Certification or MPM. The salary range for this position is $103,400 - $136,952, and the job is eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP).

- 5+ years of project management experience in the electric power industry
- Project Management Professional Certification or MPM
- Excellent knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying project management principles to manage a large portfolio of complex projects to successful delivery
- Sound technology proficiency including experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana or similar project management systems
- Great customer service orientation, ensuring satisfaction of customers and consistent communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills, coordinating internal and external resources, creative problem-solving when obstacles arise, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines and keeping others organized
- Sound interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships built on mutual trust and respect
- Excellent communication skills, (written, verbal, listening and presentation) able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and present influentially regarding project progress and risks
- Business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to use and analyze data to drive informed decisions, problem-solve difficult issues and leverage data and learnings to drive continuous improvement
- Financial acumen to manage project budgets and finances to maximum effectiveness
- Great presentation and facilitation skills to present project related updates, foster discussion regarding project plans and elicit contributions from stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project. Prior experience with Oracle is preferred
- Relevant experience required: experience in the electric power industry, prior experience successfully planning and executing customer-facing projects associated with medium/high voltage utility-scale electrical equipment and services. Prior experience working for an electrical equipment manufacturer is preferred. Prior experience with medium voltage data center equipment application, installation, testing and commissioning is preferred
