The role involves overseeing property operations, staff, and resident relations, as well as achieving performance goals and managing budgets. Requirements

• 2+ years affordable property management, leasing and/or sales experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Yardi and RENTCafé experience
• Local market experience
• Ability to work every other weekend and every Saturday during peak season
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel, knowledge of internet, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property
• Ability to perform physical functions of the position
