Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning and Development team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging learning experiences. You will work in a collaborative approach with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player, a good communicator, and a great listener with experience in creating learning materials and delivering in-person training.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences, Pedagogy, Instructional Design or equivalent
• Minimum of three years in creating learning content and interactive curriculum design
• Solid understanding of Instructional Design principles and learning theory: ADDIE Model, Bloom's Taxonomy and other industry-recognised methods
• Excellent didactic and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong written and spoken English
