As a Team Leader, you will support the management team in creating an inclusive and positive work environment, leading the team to achieve sales and profitability targets, and contributing to recruitment, performance management, training and development. A typical day involves ensuring the store meets company objectives, exercising leadership, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining effective communication with store management and district management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of management and/or supervision experience in a customer-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize and guide a team towards common goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent multitasking skills in a dynamic environment, while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
